We are a church of England church in the parish of Holy Cross Cambridge. Following the covid virus outbreak we have a simple communion service at 10-00.a.m. On the 1st Sunday of the month this is in the Leper Chapel. On other Sundays this is in the main Christ the Redeemer building. At the moment other groups are meeting on-line. We hope to restart some activities in the Autumn term.
Our aim is to know Jesus and to make him known by serving our local community in any way we can. As part of this we now have 6 minihouses for the homeless at the front of the building. These are managed by Jimmys in the city centre.
The Leper Chapel is a small and ancient building that we use for a communion service once a month and for other services and social events through the year. Find out more via the Leper Chapel website.
We are committed to safeguarding any who are vulnerable and the PCC has adopted the House of Bishops 'Promoting a Safer Church; safeguarding policy statement'.
